There’s not that many inserting books here and trust me this app gets boring quickly. They charge $99.99\year and they do it yearly because you’ll realize after a month that almost their entire catalogue is boring and everyone would probably cancel after that. There are some interesting reads, but for the most part the books they have are dull. History of rain. You serious?
  • Waste of time and money

    By David Carnivale
Reading summaries is not the same as reading the real thing, Blinkist will not help you retain any of the information you wish to absorb. Also it’s so overpriced and offers AWFUL customer service

  • Great app

While a book summary can never truly replace the contents of a complete book Blinkist has done an incredible job. Great content and selections. 👍🏽
  • Misleading Marketing

Was told I wouldn’t be charged for a subscription (7 day wait trial time) and was charged immediately. No way to get your money back. No transparent communication. Not enough content or features. Not worth the money.
  • Absolutely awesome

I’m very lazy reading books and get distracted often. Blinkist is awesome and helped to get what I want in short time.
  • Desperately need playlist/queue directly

    By pockluck
The app has a queue/playlist, but I’m order to access it, it seems you need to be currently playing a blink. I want to be able to load up the queue so I don’t have to interact with it so much, and I want to be able to do that more easily and directly and also more intuitively. For instance, there are 7-day learning paths, but no one click button to add those blinks to your queue. Right now, I have to go into each title and begin playing it to add it to my queue individually per title. This extra work disincentivizes my daily and automatic use. I’d love to add a bunch of titles or learning paths or suggestions all at once and then just open the app daily and keep playing from where I left off. Once my queue was done, I could add a whole slew of new stuff. This would make my use frictionless and easily built in to a daily routine. Right now, it’s effortful to manage the queue, and I know that over time I will use it less and less. Hope this reaches someone.
