Please Native Instruments... include and create more hip hop sound packs! Great app overall.
  • NI dropped the ball on this one

Typical Native Instrument experience. Great idea, poor execution. The UI is Awful, I’d you had Maschine expansions before on the regular app, they don’t show up in the store as paid. In fact, there’s no portal to your NI expansions at all. The app is just about useless except for playing a kit on your phone to waste time. A very bad experience all around. Shame on Native Instruments for deploying such a crap app.

This is a go to of mine since I am a machine enthusiast. I have noticed that I can't long press the pads anymore. Can you bring that back?

So not worth the money. The limitations are absurd. The sounds packs I already own the same on Native Access why would buy a watered down expansion pack. Use iMPC 2 pro you can import you sound and have near hardware capabilities for half the price. The pads are too small instruments are a joke, keyboard layout horrible. Save you money.

I am such an avid fan of this app. Im also an amateur software designer and let me just also say i use this app for my music business to make finger drumming videos on instagram! These are the only small changes that if you made would make this the #1 music production app. - REMOVE THE 15 second sample limit!!! (Beatmaker 3 proves that you CAN do it) - Independent swing on each track (idk who thought it was a good idea to do anything other than that) - ALLOW MIDI CONTROLLERS! This could literally change EVERYTHING. That would Put this app instantly ahead of apps like Beatmaker 3 and garage band because i love them but they arent as simple and minimal as Imashine 2 which is why despite its flaws its still my favorite. Please ask around, im sure many would agree with my statements. Thank you for this app! Very very much appreciate it!

I’ve been waiting 3-4 yrs to seriously use this app in Cubasis. No midi capability for serious production. Shame, really has some nice drum kits
  • Can’t import projects after deleting

I’m giving this app two stars because apparently I was going through “free space” problems. I deleted the app thinking that my projects would still be saved (like most apps do). I make space and re-download the app and to my surprise I lost all of my hard work. Also would be nice to add a “record and paste” function, the app feels like it is stuck in automation...
  • Best app but needs some changes

I’ve been using this app since the first one iMaschine, which has been years & years already, and this one is amazing ! it’s just sometimes some beats don’t save right, or parts go missing or even some vocals I record after I save them won’t work even though they’re there, Which is a disappointment & super frustrating after I’ve tried so hard to perfect them. So I just think it needs some changes but nothing much it’s pretty perfect for what it is & maybe some new features could be added now to make it more realistic 🔥🔥🔥
